Brief Summary of the Topic/Pathfinder: Students will be given a selected list of vitamins and minerals. Each student will research one vitamin and one mineral from the list. Students will search a variety of resources to determine the types of foods in which the mineral or vitamin is found, the function it serves in the human body, whether the vitamin is fat-soluble or water-soluble and whether the mineral is a major or trace mineral.
