This pathfinder outlines the resources available for use with this unit of study. The resources have been chosen to introduce the idea of personal connections to our learning, as well as provide the learner with the process of gathering information in various formats to support the learning quest. The reading and interest levels of these resources have been chosen to meet the needs of the range of all fourth graders.
Dewey Numbers
The Dewey categories used include the 553.7bs with information about water in our environments, poetry that expands the study from Deweybs 811 section and the 973 Dewey area, which provides the historical state information about Massachusetts.
I have chosen to use easy fiction in this study as well.
