encyclopedia.
To begin your research you must first
define the terms "Physical Fitness" and "Obesity".

up each term - "Physical Fitness" and "Obesity" in a print

Once you have some basic
information about your topic from an encyclopedia, you can
visit web site for the National Center for Chronic Disease
Prevention and Health Promotion for more information about the
causes (contributing factors) of obesity and its effect on
physical fitness (health consequences). This site is provided

3: Your next research step is to read some articles in current
