Summary of the Topic/Pathfinder
Drug abuse is a topic which affects us all. Illegal drugs are a part of campus life, the sports world, and international politics. They contribute to various diseases and fatalities, crime, and international terrorism. Alcohol and tobacco not only injure the individual who over indulges, but can also harm those nearby, e.g. alcohol related automobile accidents and second hand smoke. Accordingly, it is vital that students become aware of the dangers associated with illegal drugs, alcohol, and tobacco.
